GENERAL TERMS

  • You must be 18 years or over to purchase a ticket and attend.
  • All ticket sales for the ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix on water viewing experience with Black Cat Cruises are final, non refundable or transferrable.
  • By purchasing tickets directly with Black Cat Cruises you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions as linked below.  
  • Tickets include a designated meeting place in the CBD, transport to and from Lyttelton for which you must be on time for, as well as access to your selected vessel for your on water viewing experience which includes complimentary drinks and catering. 
  • Tickets must not be on-sold.
  • Refund policy: 100% refund if racing is cancelled prior to pick up from the CBD. 75% Refund is racing is cancelled post CBD collection but the spectator boat doesn’t leave the dock. 0% refund if the spectator boat leaves the dock. If racing is cancelled your on water cruise will still go ahead if we have left the dock.
