Our COVID-19 Status

We are currently facing unprecedented times both for our business and the wider tourism industry. 
The situation and information available to us is changing on a daily basis.

Our priority at this time is the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and their families.


As we move into Level 2 this week, we are assessing how we can best manage the requirements around operating. 
It is our intention to operate our Akaroa Harbour Cruise at weekends with reduced capacity. 
We do not plan on operating our Swimming with Dolphins.

The Dimaond Harbour Ferry has now returned to normal schedule.
We are however, operating with reduced capacity to facilitate appropriate social distancing.

Please stay up to date with the Public Transport schedule by checking out the Metro website.

All other ferries and charters in Lyttelton have been suspended until further notice.
We are reviewing how we might be able to re-start the Quail Island Ferry over the winter and will update the Quail Island page and schedule as we can.
